Since 1979
Samba Coffee Roasters is a Greek family business that has been roasting coffee in Athens since 1979. We roast at our own roastery in Ano Liosia and sell direct, through our shops on Solonos and at Crossroads, and online across Greece.
The range runs from single origin lots and house blends to espresso and filter roasts, decaf, capsules and traditional Greek coffee, alongside the grinders, machines and brewing equipment you need to get the best out of them. We also supply cafés across Attica through our wholesale programme, and train their teams at our sensory lab.
Every bag says where the coffee came from: the farm, the region, the altitude, the variety and how it was processed. That is not decoration. It is what lets you taste one coffee against another and understand why they differ, which is the point of buying specialty in the first place.
